It said in a regulatory filing that OCI will supply the material used in solar panels by 2018 under deal with Green Energy Technology Inc.
This is the second big order in a week from foreign company after 480 billion worth of China firm order earlier this week.
OCI’s recent order from abroad has totaled about 2.5 trillion won in months, which includes last month’s 1.3 trillion won order from China’s Yingli Green Energy.
OCI is also expanding its plant capacity in order to meet the customers’ increasing order up to 62,000 tons by 2012.
