Billboard held a voting poll for ‘Who Should Be Justin Bieber’s New Girlfriend?’ with 7 different celebrities including HyunA, a South Korean singer who featured in Psy’s ‘Gangnam Style’.

                            

Having HyunA up on the voting poll for Justin Bieber along with Taylor Swift, Rihanna, and Demi Lovato could purely be another “Psy Effect”.

 

Even more surprisingly, HyunA currently ranked top with 8,044 votes.
