K-Entertainment: Wonder Girls' Yubin will debut as an actress

Korean girl band Wonder Girls’ Yubin will debut as an actress in ‘The Virus’.

 

OCN’s ‘The Virus’ is a 10-episode-long mystery thriller that depicts the battle with mutated virus.

 

Yubin will play ‘Joo-young Lee’, a specialist of special contagion crisis task force team. ‘Joo-young’ that Yubin has to portray is a tomboy with feminine charm like a multi-faceted gem.  

 

Wonder Girls’ agency official told the press, “Yubin and ‘Joo-young’ have a lot in common. Yubin is sincerely partaking in the shoot since her role is an important character in the drama.”

 

The drama crew has high hopes for Yubin.

 

Yubin is Wonder Girls’ main rapper. This is her very first attempt in acting field.
