Korea Water Resources Corp. (K-Water) has been selected as a preferred bidder for two water management projects in Thailand, worth more than 6 trillion won (US$5.33 billion), the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said.
According to the ministry, the state-run K-Water was named a preferred bidder for the projects to build floodways and reservoirs on Monday.
The Thai government picked three South Korean and foreign companies as preferred bidders for other water management projects, the ministry said.
