British Airways to increase flights to Incheon

British Airways (BA) said Thursday that it plans to increase the number of flights between London Heathrow Airport and Incheon International Airport, west of Seoul, from the current six to seven per week starting from March 20 next year.

After a 14-year hiatus, the British flag carrier resumed direct flight services to and from Incheon in December last year.

BA, the largest airline in the United Kingdom, suspended flights to and from Seoul, the capital of South Korea, in 1998 when a financial crisis hit Asian countries.
