Switzerland has long been voted as one of the most beautiful countries to visit.
Tourists normally flood over Lucerne, Bern, Geneva, and Zurich, but where to Swisses go for vacation? They go to Ascona! Switzerland recognizes four official languages -Swiss-German, French, Italian, and Romansh. Ascona is in the region that speaks predominantly Italian.
It is located on the shore of Lake Maggiore. You can lounge in one of the restaurants by the shore and sip on Hugo, a popular cocktail in Europe made with Prosecco, elderflower cordial, and fresh mints.
