High fashion is sometimes hard to understand. Recently Balenciaga was under controversy after it released a new Spring/Summer line purse that resembled the IKEA's reusable blue shopping bag. The Balenciaga's purse was priced at the hefty sum of $2,145.

Now there is another fashion piece that bewildered many shoppers. It is a Barracuda Straight Leg Jeans for men from Prsp Jeans, a New York based luxury denim brand.

The jeans are being sold on Nordstrom website currently. The description said, the jeans "embody, Americana workwear that's seen some hard-working action", and have "crackled, cake-on muddy coating that shows you're not afraid to get down and dirty".

Social media is already obsessed with the jeans, and the hashtag #muddyjeans went viral.

Twitter is already buzzing with funny comments:

@ComplyItMatters tweeted, "@Nordstrom new White tank top with spaghetti stain for $375! Get em while they're hot!" with a photo.

@PickensR0110 tweeted, "Before any of you dummies [buy] those $400 muddy jeans, HMU I got some work pants I'll sell you at half the price!"

@Mshadz tweeted, "I can make my own #muddyjeans every time it rains in #florida for free. Things people spend money on. Smh".
