The four-day fair, showcasing food and beverage products from the ASEAN's ten member countries, aims to facilitate business opportunities in the region.
Over 40 companies from the ASEAN countries -- Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, will display a diverse range of products including sauces, jams, coffees, cookies, chocolates, and dried fruits, providing opportunities for Korean buyers and businesspeople to explore potential partnerships with ASEAN companies.
Various booths and pop-up stores will offer visitors opportunities to taste and purchase ASEAN products at discounted prices. Visitors can also participate in fun events such as quizzes, raffles and a photo booth, allowing them to learn more about the emerging region.
The centre's Secretary-General Kim Jae-shin said, "The fair will not only raise awareness of ASEAN products, but also serve as a catalyst for facilitating business networks."
Launched in 2019, the annual fair has become one of the center's key programs, aiming to support small and medium enterprises from ASEAN countries in entering the Korean market and promoting trade activities between ASEAN and Korea.
