Coupang Fulfillment Service (CFS) is expanding its hiring efforts by offering flexible work opportunities tailored to job seekers' lifestyles.

CFS announced on June 24 that it successfully concluded its exclusive job fair, the "CFS Job Fair," held on June 23 at Inha Technical College. The event attracted over 550 job seekers, including college students, homemakers, and middle-aged individuals.

The positions available included center recruitment officers, forklift and order picker drivers, logistics field workers, and site managers. CFS implemented a "one-stop" hiring system at the fair, allowing candidates to receive job consultations and conduct on-site interviews in one location.

Notably, the fair introduced a "customized flexible contract" that allows job seekers to choose their work schedules according to their lifestyles. In addition to the traditional full-time, five-day workweek, CFS offered various job formats, including four-hour short shifts, three-day workweeks, and weekend-only positions.

This approach enables homemakers balancing childcare and household duties, middle-aged individuals seeking new opportunities that fit their existing careers and lifestyles, and job seekers with weekday academic or personal commitments to select work arrangements that suit their needs.

Park Soo-hyun, CFS's Chief Human Resources Officer, stated, "We will continue to expand flexible hiring models that reflect the circumstances of applicants, creating more opportunities for stable employment."

Meanwhile, according to the Korea CXO Research Institute, CFS employed 83,676 people last year, an increase of 5,517 from the previous year. This makes CFS the second-largest employer in South Korea, following Samsung Electronics, which has 122,748 employees.
