The Woori WON Youth IT Academy will involve eight group companies: Woori Financial Holdings, Woori Bank, Woori Investment & Securities, Dongyang Life, ABL Life, Woori Card, Woori FIS, and the Woori Financial Future Foundation. It will select 60 unemployed youth aged 15 to 34 and provide a total of 600 hours of training, including 416 hours focused on developing digital job skills and 184 hours on understanding the financial industry.
This program will feature hands-on training led by Woori Financial employees who will share their practical experience and expertise in various financial sectors. New components such as the AX Hackathon and Financial AX Insight programs will allow participants to engage in real-world projects that address financial challenges using AI technology.
