Parata Airlines has launched a new route targeting the northern Vietnamese market.

The airline announced on July 14 that it began operating the Incheon-Hanoi route the previous day, achieving a 100% occupancy rate on its inaugural flight.

The Incheon-Hanoi route operates daily, seven times a week, departing from Incheon International Airport at 7:55 PM and arriving in Hanoi. The return flight departs from Hanoi at 12:20 AM local time. An A330-200 aircraft is used for this route, which features a business smart class.

With the addition of the Hanoi route, Parata Airlines is strengthening its portfolio of Vietnam routes, which already includes tourist destinations like Da Nang and Nha Trang.

Prior to the official launch, Parata Airlines established various partnerships with local Vietnamese institutions and businesses to build a market presence. In April, the airline signed a memorandum of understanding with the Vietnam-Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hanoi to enhance corporate travel demand and provide airline services to member companies.

Yoon Cheol-min, CEO of Parata Airlines, stated, "Through this launch, we aim to offer customers more diverse options," adding, "We will continue to build a foundation for expanding our transfer network and entering long-haul routes in the future."

Meanwhile, Parata Airlines is accelerating its network expansion, preparing to launch long-haul routes to Japan, Southeast Asia, and North America in the first half of next year.
