To prevent pipe freezing and outdoor unit icing, the system has been enhanced with features such as an electric heater and anti-freezing valve inside the outdoor unit, as well as a separate heater at the bottom of the product to facilitate smooth drainage. These measures aim to reduce the risk of heating interruptions and product failures due to winter icing.
Customers can operate key functions through a touch display on the heat pump's exterior. By using Samsung's SmartThings app, they can monitor indoor and outlet temperatures and control the product remotely.

As the transition to eco-friendly electricity generation expands, the carbon reduction effects are expected to increase compared to traditional boilers that directly use fossil fuels.
