SEOUL, August 14 (AJP) - JUN. K of 2PM will release a new digital single, "Your Lips," featuring Wendy of Red Velvet, on Aug. 17, JYP Entertainment said Friday.
The album will be released at 6 p.m. (0900 GMT), marking JUN. K's latest solo release after his fourth mini album, "Dear my muse" in September of 2025.
Ahead of the release, JYP has been rolling out teaser photos through JUN. K's official social media channels.
The latest images, released at midnight Friday, show the singer in a dark, minimal setting lit by sharp lighting, giving the single a more restrained and cinematic mood.
Rather than building the rollout around a large-scale concept, the teasers keep the focus on JUN. K's tone and the romantic atmosphere of the song.
JUN. K took part in writing the lyrics for "Your Lips," according to JYP.
He has long been involved in songwriting for both his solo work and 2PM, including the group's hit song "My House," as well as tracks from "Dear my muse."
The new single pairs JUN. K with Wendy, bringing together two vocalists known for controlled, expressive delivery.
JYP described the song as a romantic track built around sweet lyrics and the contrast between the two singers' voices.
"Your Lips" will be released on major music platforms on Aug. 17.
