On September 9, LG Electronics announced that its 'Life's Good Volunteer Group' is conducting volunteer activities at the Takeda Education Center in Yangon from September 7 to 11. The Takeda Education Center operates programs for low-income youth education and community development.
The volunteer group is creating a vocational training workshop and rest areas in the center's new building. They are also participating in painting and mural projects inside and outside the building, as well as work on the external fence. The new building was constructed with the help of the volunteer group last year.
This year, over 30 employees with experience in home repairs or backgrounds in mural competitions are contributing their skills. Four outstanding participants from LG Electronics' university outreach program, 'ESG Academy,' are also joining the effort.
