After touring the company's research facilities with officials from Gyeongbuk Techno Park (TP) and the Gyeongbuk provincial government, Director Kim listened to discussions on challenges faced during the implementation of the local specialized industry development project, the status of overseas market entry, and strategies for diversifying regional cooperation and business.
Kim stated, “CMTX is an exemplary local company that has achieved significant growth in sales and employment through the local specialized industry development project and has successfully listed on KOSDAQ. It serves as a representative case demonstrating the economic ripple effects of the local specialized industry development project by prioritizing the hiring of local youth.”
Kim Young-geun, Executive Director of CMTX, explained, “Thanks to the support from KISED's local specialized industry development project, our sales have increased by approximately 136% to 160 billion won, and our workforce has grown by about 134.8% to 324 employees.”
