The upper part of the buildings will adopt a 'Blooming Crown' concept, and a specialized landscape lighting will extend from the central plaza to the top floors to enhance its symbolic presence.
Samsung C&T has designed the layout to ensure that all 420 units have views of the Han River by separating and extending the central residential building and opening up the corners. The floor plans will include two- and three-sided open layouts as well as panoramic designs tailored to the characteristics of each unit.
Inside the units, features will include ceiling heights of 2.95 meters and panoramic windows up to 12.4 meters long to enhance openness and the value of the Han River views.
The community area will be expanded to a total of 1,135 pyeong, which is 300 pyeong larger than the original plan. The Mokhwa Apartment reconstruction association plans to connect the sunken area within the complex directly to exit 4 of Yeouinaru Station and to develop a public elevated walkway leading to the Han River Park.
