Samsung Life has created an experiential space to help customers assess their fitness levels as part of their health management efforts. The initiative aims to support customers in checking their physical condition and developing healthy lifestyle habits beyond just selling insurance products.

On October 8, Samsung Life announced the launch of its mobile fitness assessment station, 'FitStop.'

The name 'FitStop' is inspired by the pit stops in auto racing, where vehicles are serviced during a race. The event encourages participants to pause briefly in their daily lives to check their fitness levels and manage their health.

The first FitStop opened on October 3 at Ttukseom Hangang Park and will operate from October 8 to 10 at the Seoul Plaza in front of the Korea Press Center. It will then meet participants at the Jeonju R1 2026 Marathon event on October 18 at Jeonju National University’s affiliated elementary school.

Participants can complete a mobile check-in using a QR code on-site and take part in a four-step fitness lifespan assessment program. The program includes assessments for: △ Running ability (agility and endurance) △ Suspension status (lower body strength and joint mobility) △ System testing (reaction time and reflexes) △ Frame correction (posture balance and flexibility).

After the assessment, participants will receive a 'fitness lifespan guide' based on their results, along with a commemorative gift. Additionally, various experiential programs, including a photo zone and social media events, will be available.

A Samsung Life representative stated, "This popup embodies our commitment to enhancing our customers' lives beyond insurance. We hope FitStop will encourage customers to assess their fitness lifespan and prepare for a healthier tomorrow."
