Frontier models arrived in quick succession last month, the South Korean asset manager said in its HANARO ETF Monthly Report.
It cited OpenAI's GPT-6 Astra, Anthropic's Claude Opus 5.5 and Google DeepMind's Gemini 4 Argon, which brought Google back into the race.
The report said these models are already earning their keep.
Companies use AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to automate coding, it said, and Meta's personal agent Muse is moving into daily life by handling shopping and reservations.
"The fiercer the performance race among models, the further prices fall and the more usage rises," the report said.
It compared the trend to the Jevons paradox, in which cheaper resources drive up total consumption, and said AI workloads and token use could swell together.
The report recommended ETFs that invest across the agentic AI ecosystem or in cybersecurity, and noted that security stocks have risen after a run of hacking-related data leaks.
NH-Amundi also said unlisted AI developers such as Anthropic and OpenAI could be added to AI-themed ETFs if they go public.
