MUSINSA STANDARD, the casual clothing brand of MUSINSA, is expanding its regional presence by opening its first store in Gyeongnam. Following its expansion into Daegu, Busan, and Ulsan, the brand aims to enhance accessibility for customers in Gyeongnam.

The new store will be located on the second floor of the Lotte Department Store Young Plaza in Seongsan-gu, Changwon, covering approximately 300 pyeong. MUSINSA STANDARD will offer a range of products including men's, women's, and kids' clothing, as well as beauty and home goods, targeting both young consumers and families.

To celebrate the opening, MUSINSA STANDARD will host an event in collaboration with local cafes. Three cafes—Twowetmoa, Non-Slip, and Famous Benny—will introduce exclusive menu items for the occasion. Additionally, the brand has partnered with eight local cafes to provide a coupon booklet to customers who make purchases at the store. Customers using the partnered cafes will receive a 10% discount coupon valid at the MUSINSA STANDARD Changwon store.

On the opening day, the store will offer a limited 'Super Bag' containing approximately 300,000 won worth of products for 49,900 won, available to the first 50 customers. From October 15 to 16, the first 100 customers each day will receive a 50% discount coupon worth up to 50,000 won.

Until October 18, MUSINSA STANDARD will sell key fall and winter items such as fleece, corduroy, and knits at special prices. About 560 fashion, beauty, and home products will be available at discounts of up to 60%, and customers will receive gifts like MUSINSA money and camping chairs based on their purchase amounts.

A representative from MUSINSA STANDARD stated, "We have received consistent requests from customers in the Changwon area for an offline store. We expect to enhance the department store's draw as an anchor tenant while invigorating the surrounding commercial area through our collaboration with local cafes."

Meanwhile, MUSINSA has applied for preliminary review for its listing on the KOSPI stock market, entering the IPO process. The planned number of shares for listing is 227,829,016, with 26,600,000 shares expected to be offered. The par value per share is 100 won.
