Nexon has launched Season 1 of 'N Connect,' a project designed to connect creators, users, and its games. The official page encompasses both Chijijik and SOOP, expanding support for creators and user participation programs.

Nexon announced the start of Season 1 on October 15. The N Connect initiative aims to create a long-term connection between user participation, creator activities, and Nexon’s gaming experiences.

The preseason began on April 27 for SOOP and on May 18 for Chijijik, resulting in approximately 450,000 users linking their Nexon accounts across both platforms. A total of 1,414 streamers have joined N Connect, meeting the criteria of best and pro tiers on each platform.

The number of N Connect users has been steadily increasing. On the first day of the preseason on April 27, 42,974 users linked their Nexon accounts, reaching 70,000 within five days and accumulating 80,000 in two weeks. The average viewership for Nexon games on SOOP increased by 65% compared to the previous week as of the first week of May.

Building on the participation experiences and feedback gathered during the preseason, Nexon has expanded N Connect into Season 1, enhancing operational foundations and support programs across both platforms.

With the launch of Season 1, Nexon has opened the official N Connect page. While the preseason focused on individual platform pages, the official page now consolidates information about the N Connect programs and participation details for both Chijijik and SOOP.

The official page allows users to apply for participation and check support programs, as well as view their N Connect points and rankings through a personal page. Users and creators can continue to link their Nexon accounts as per the existing platform guidelines. Chijijik and SOOP remain key partners in N Connect for Season 1.

Nexon is also expanding content support for creators. The eligibility for the 'N Connector Content Support Fund' has been broadened to include creators of all tiers, and the monthly support limits for each tier have been removed. Going forward, the support scale will be determined based on individual reviews of the content plans submitted by creators.

Additionally, the 'N Connector Exclusive Drops' program, previously operated on SOOP, will now be extended to Chijijik, providing opportunities for small and medium-sized creators to participate. Each month, ten N Connectors will be selected based on different criteria and featured as 'N Connector of the Month.' Regular programs like 'N Connect Week,' featuring creator participation, and original content planned directly by Nexon will also be introduced.

A Nexon representative stated, “We plan to provide creators with opportunities for content creation and growth, while offering users a more extensive participation experience and benefits that seamlessly connect watching broadcasts with gameplay.”
