More than 27,000 visitors have toured the model home for 'Akmer Dongtan' in the three days since its opening, ahead of the subscription starting on October 26. The development will consist of a total of 1,808 units, with special supply beginning on the 26th, followed by first priority subscriptions on the 27th and second priority subscriptions on the 28th.

According to a sales representative on the 19th, KB Real Estate Trust is overseeing the project, while POSCO E&C is the construction firm. Since the model home opened on the 16th, it has attracted a significant number of visitors, particularly families over the weekend.

Located in Banseong-dong, Dongtan-gu, Hwaseong City, the 'Akmer Dongtan' complex will feature seven buildings with a total of 1,808 units, rising from seven underground floors to a maximum of 49 above ground. The 'Akmer Dongtan 95' block will consist of three buildings with 812 units ranging from 84 to 188 square meters, while the 'Akmer Dongtan 99' block will have four buildings with 996 units ranging from 84 to 162 square meters.

The subscription process will begin with special supply on the 26th, followed by first priority on the 27th and second priority on the 28th. First priority applicants must be heads of households residing in Hwaseong Special City or the Gyeonggi-Seoul-Incheon area, with a subscription account age of 24 months and meeting specific deposit requirements based on region and unit size. However, those who have won a lottery in the past five years, are subject to re-lottery restrictions, or belong to households owning two or more homes are excluded.

A 10% down payment can be made in two installments, with the first installment ranging from 10 million to 30 million won, depending on the housing type. Initial buyers will not be subject to residency requirements, and there will be a three-year restriction on resale.

The complex will feature a ceiling height of 2.5 meters in all units and private storage for each household. High-quality materials will be used, including Italian hardwood flooring and wide-format ondol flooring, with Italian kitchen furniture and German faucet brands in the kitchens. Premium double-glazed windows will be installed in the living rooms.

When expanding balconies, over 17 types of optional products, including finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, and windows, will be provided at no additional cost. The development will also offer approximately 1.5 parking spaces per unit, with over 1,000 wide parking spaces measuring 2.6 meters in width. An electric vehicle fire spread prevention system will also be installed.

The community amenities will include fitness and Pilates facilities, a GDR screen golf practice area, a sauna, guesthouse, tea house, and relaxation spaces. Educational and childcare facilities such as a reading room, daycare center, education lounge, and mom's station will also be available.

The complex is adjacent to Dongtan Central Park and Bansuk Mountain Park. A new station, tentatively named Bansong Station, is under construction nearby, with plans for an underground direct passage connecting the Akmer Dongtan 95 block to the station. The Samsung Electronics Hwaseong campus is approximately a 10-minute walk away.

A sales representative noted, "There were long lines from the first day of opening, and even more visitors came over the weekend. We have confirmed that the demand is responding positively to the location and offerings of Dongtan."
