The ARKO Ensemble, composed of young classical musicians from Korea, will perform in Europe under the title 'Next K-Classics: ARKO Ensemble' on October 30 in Brussels at the Korean Cultural Center and on November 1 in Berlin at the Meistersaal, the Korean Arts and Culture Agency (ARKO) announced on October 27.

This concert is part of the '2026 Touring K-Arts' initiative, which aims to showcase Korea's outstanding performing arts and cultural content in major cities worldwide, supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea International Cultural Exchange Foundation (KOFICE).

In 'Next K-Classics: ARKO Ensemble,' seven Korean classical musicians under the age of 34, including Kang Da-hye (vocals), Seo Ye-bin (clarinet), Song Eun-chae (piano), Yoon Ji-hye (violin), Lee Yong-jun (cello), Lim Da-ye (flute), and Jo Si-yeon (violin), will collaborate with program director Baek Jong-hoon to showcase the potential and capabilities of the next generation of K-Classics.

The program will feature works by renowned European composers such as Chopin, Beethoven, Schumann, Schubert, Tchaikovsky, and Puccini, presented through various formats including solo piano, vocal performances, and collaborations between flute, clarinet, and piano, as well as piano trios, highlighting the musical harmony created by the diverse talents of the ensemble.

Lee Beom-hun, chairman of ARKO, stated, “To ensure the continuous growth of K-Culture, multifaceted support for foundational arts is essential. We will continue to establish a sustainable bridge for global cultural exchange, allowing our artists to showcase their talents on the world stage.”
