Hanjin's logistics platform, OneClick, is expanding its user base primarily among customers outside the capital region. As of now, 52.1% of registered customers and 58% of cargo volume originate from non-capital areas, supporting nationwide deliveries for local small businesses.

On November 6, Hanjin announced that as of last month, it has accumulated 105,845 registered customers and a total cargo volume of 51.23 million boxes since the launch of OneClick seven years ago.

Launched in October 2019, OneClick is a contactless delivery contract platform designed for startups and small sellers. Users can send a package without a separate paperwork contract, and as shipment volumes increase, the pricing becomes more favorable. The platform also offers automatic waybill printing and pickup services to reduce shipping costs and operational burdens.

Among registered customers, the proportion from non-capital regions is 52.1%, surpassing the 47.9% from the capital region. Regionally, the Yeongnam area accounts for 25.8%, while the Chungcheong, Gangwon, and Jeju areas make up 21.3%, and Honam represents 5%. In terms of cargo volume, non-capital regions contribute 58%.

By industry, the largest segment among registered customers is home, kitchen, and interior goods at 30.4%. This is followed by fashion, clothing, and accessories at 22.6%, food and fresh produce at 19.4%, and beauty and cosmetics at 17%. In terms of cargo volume processed, home, kitchen, and interior goods account for 35.2%, while food and fresh produce make up 26.1%.

The shipping volume for participating companies has also increased. For example, the monthly cargo volume for agricultural distribution company DdaGoDdaGo rose from about 1,000 boxes to approximately 7,000 boxes. The growth rates for 365 Food & Farm and agricultural corporation Herb & Tea were recorded at 298% and 191%, respectively.

Hanjin also operates linked services tailored to the scale and sales regions of sellers. These include the preferential service 'OneClick PRO' based on volume, 'OneClick Global' supporting overseas direct sales, 'OneClick Fulfillment' handling everything from storage to same-day shipping, and 'OneStar,' a service specialized for social creators.

Additionally, Hanjin participates as an executing agency in policy projects such as the logistics support program for overseas online platforms by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the logistics service support project for small businesses by the Korea Small Business Distribution Agency.

A Hanjin representative stated, "OneClick is a win-win model that opens up the infrastructure of large companies to support the self-sustainability and balanced growth of small businesses in the region. We will continue to enhance fulfillment and global linkage services to help sellers expand beyond domestic markets into the global arena."

Meanwhile, Hanjin is strengthening its smart logistics competitiveness based on artificial intelligence (AI) and big data. The company plans to utilize new technologies, including physical AI, to improve logistics operational efficiency in the future.
