Standing Egg, a mysterious trio band known for artistic skills, has dropped a romantic original soundtrack (OST) for a popular TV drama.
The OST music video for "I'll Pick You Up", released onto YouTube on Wednesday, was filled with cut scenes from an MBC drama "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo".
The band made its debut in 2010 but its members – Egg1, Egg2 and Egg3 – are only known by their "Egg" names. Their faces had not yet been revealed, arousing curiosity. The trio wanted music fans to focus only on music, not visual. Standing Egg is also famous for a lineup of featuring artists who sing for the band at concerts. Despite the band's hidden identity, it is now one of the most renowned indie bands in South Korea.
