Popular boy hip-hop group iKON came back to the South Korean music scene with a new album "New Kids: Begin" after an 18-month hiatus since the group released its last album at the end of 2015.
The seven-member group, which led the K-pop wave across Asia, released double title tracks -- "D-DAY" and "BLING BLING". This was the boys' first official activity as they remained inactive at home, concentrating on tours abroad, after making their debut in Japan in January last year.
The fan reaction on YouTube is hot. The music video for "BLING BLING" garnered more than 2.4 million views and "B-DAY" more than 1.6 million in less than 24 hours.
iKON is one of the most liked K-pop boy groups in Asian countries. The group has held concerts in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand.
