The South Korean artist collaborated with American rapper Jack Harlow for the R&B track. The song, released at 1 p.m. (0400 GMT) on September 29, topped iTunes song charts in 100 regions as of 8 a.m. on September 30 including the United States, Britain, Canada, and Japan.
3D debuted at No.3 on Spotify's Global Top Songs chart on September 29 with 6,328,084 streams, the band's agency said on October 1. Jungkook earlier topped the global chart with "Seven," a solo debut song rolled out on July 14.
Jungkook is the sixth member of BTS to release his solo album. In May 2023, he was appointed as the global ambassador of Calvin Klein, an American fashion brand known for its underwear and denim products. As the ambassador, the South Korean artist is promoting various fashion items and campaigns.
