The chipmaker will jointly host the event, running since 2012, with holding company SK Innovation and telecom carrier SK Telecom.
This year's forum expands its invitees to include both professionals and doctoral students. The company aims to leverage the event for talent acquisition, particularly as interest grows due to SK hynix's leadership in AI memory and its advanced packaging investment in Indiana.
CEO Kwak Noh-jung will deliver the keynote speech, highlighting SK hynix's top-tier AI memory technology and future vision. He will also share plans for next-generation production bases in Indiana, Yongin, and Cheongju.
Other executives will lead sessions on advanced memory design, packaging, process and device technologies, and NAND solutions. These discussions will focus on future developments in memory semiconductor technology.
Shin Sang-kyu, vice president of corporate culture, emphasized the forum's importance in securing top talent to maintain the company's global competitiveness and technological leadership. He indicated that such events would be held regularly and frequently, given the high-level executive participation this year.
