The test, scheduled for August 1 to 11, will be available in key markets including the United States, Japan, Türkiye, and Korea.
The game will introduce new content, including a highly anticipated "Wizard" class, which specializes in powerful ranged attacks. It will also feature a new village system offering various convenience functions and lifestyle content, such as fishing and cooking.
"We have comprehensively incorporated user feedback from previous tests to adjust game balance and prepare diverse content, including a new class and dungeon," Ahn Joon-seok, who oversees the game's development, said in an interview released on official channels.
"Dark and Darker Mobile" aims for a global release by the end of the year. The game is set to be showcased at Gamescom 2024 in Cologne, Germany, in late August. Applications for the test will be accepted until July 31.
