Bloomberg reported Monday that the Indian company recently unveiled a range of voice-based AI products that support 10 native Indian languages. These languages include Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada and Bengali.
One of its product lineups "Sarvam Agents" offer multilingual voice support via phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-app chats. Anyone can use these services starting at 1 rupee ($0.01) per minute.
The Indian firm's Shuka 1.0 supports voice-to-text conversion in multiple Indian languages and is available as open-source software, allowing anyone to freely use and customize it.
Sarvam AI's "A1" is a specialized tool designed for legal professionals. It supports various tasks such as regulatory searches, document creation, editing, and data extraction, aiding lawyers in efficiently managing and processing large volumes of legal documents and data.
