SEOUL, October 16 (AJP) - Korea's IT solutions provider LG CNS has introduced its artificial intelligence (AI)-powered marketing platform, LG Optapex, to the U.S. advertising market.

The company said Wednesday it showcased the platform at Amazon's unBoxed 2024 event in Austin, Texas, Monday.

LG Optapex, an enhanced global version of LG CNS's marketing optimization platform (MOP), uses AI and mathematical optimization to streamline digital marketing efforts.

The platform is tailored for Amazon's e-commerce ecosystem, offering 24/7 automated advertising management and cost reduction for sellers.

"LG Optapex will become an indispensable tool for Amazon sellers aspiring to succeed in the global market," said Kim Bum-yong, head of CX digital marketing at LG CNS.

The company plans to officially launch the platform in the U.S. market in the first half of next year.

The move follows MOP's success in Korea, where it has gained about 1,200 corporate clients and managed advertising budgets totaling about 220 billion won (US$161 million) since its launch in May 2023.
