The company said Wednesday Olive Live, its streaming platform launched in October 2019, has seen viewer numbers jump 142 percent and order value rise 33 percent in the first half of 2024 compared to the previous year.
Popular programs include "Beauty Expert's Pouch," featuring beauty professionals' recommendations, and "Olive Market," with creator-curated items.
Olive Young has recently opened a studio for Olive Live at its Seoul headquarters.
The new studio will focus on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises through its Partner Live program, which provides production support and marketing infrastructure to help brands develop their own live commerce capabilities.
The company said seven broadcasts achieving over 100 million won in orders this year were all from new brands or product launches.
