The actress, in her early 40s, was caught by paparazzi cameras earlier this week on her way to an ob-gyn clinic with her lover and filmmaker Hong Sang-soo.
Kim has been involved in a May-to-September romance with Hong who is in his mid-60s, since 2016. The couple went public with their romance the following year and have been living together since.
Hong lost a divorce suit in 2019 after a lengthy legal battle with his estranged wife as he deserted her and his daughter to shack up with a much younger actress. But Hong, who opted not to appeal the ruling, still remains married to his wife.
Kim, as his regular muse, has only appeared in Hong's micro-budget films.
