The South Korean men's national football team held a training session at the Prince Mohammed Stadium in Zarqa, Jordan, Wednesday, two days before playing a friendly match against Jordan as part of preparations for the upcoming Asian Cup tournament to be held in January in Australia.

The team, led by head coach Uli Stielike, will also face off against Iran, a regional football power, Nov. 18.

At the Asian Cup tournament, South Korea will face Oman on Jan. 10; Kuwait, Jan. 13; and Australia, Jan. 17 in Group A.

Stielike, a German football manager and former player, made his coaching debut for the South Korean national team in mid-October. Costa Rica won 3-1.
