Hyundai Motor Group revealed a set of teaser images of “IONIQ”, the company’s first full-electric vehicle, Tuesday.
An alternate fuel vehicle, IONIQ is scheduled for release early next year, will come in three eco-friendly powertrain variants: full electric, plug-in gasoline / electric hybrid, or gasoline / electric hybrid.

According to Hyundai, IONIQ features top of the line aerodynamics with great handling, which provides fun and responsive driving experience. IONIQ’s simple contours minimize wind resistance and assist the efficient management of airflow around its exterior.
IONIQ will be introduced in a world premiere in Korea, January 2016, it will be displayed at the Geneva International Motor Show and New York Auto Show next year.
