YG Entertainment, WINNER's agency, said in a statement that the band would hold "WINNER [CROSS] TOUR IN SEOUL", a two-day concert, at Seoul's Olympic Stadium on October 26 and 27.
According to the agency, WINNER will be accompanied by a live band which will play music. Normally, disc jockeys (DJs) and sound engineers are in charge of playing recorded music during hip-hop concerts.
WINNER debuted in 2014 after members were selected through a cable TV hip-hop audition reality show "WIN : Who is Next?" which was aired in 2013. The band quickly gained popularity thanks to a hip-hop boom sparked by cable TV hip-hop audition shows.
