SEOUL, February 18 (AJP) - Spring's arrival is palpable on Jeju Island, off the southern coast of the Korean Peninsula. Canola blossoms paint the landscape in vibrant hues, while salamanders, driven by the urge to breed, emerge from their winter slumber.
