The limited-edition products include offerings from Bibigo, the food maker's premium ready-to-cook product brand, such as Tteokbokki (rice cakes smothered in sweet chili sauce) and Korean dumplings.
This collaboration, designed to commemorate Jin's military discharge, selected Wootteo to symbolize a journey to the Bibigo planet in search of the meaning of K-food.
On June 13, the company launched three types of Tteokbokki. The food maker will release two kinds of fish-shaped bread "Bungeoppang" and shrimp dumplings on June 25.
Each product will randomly include one of 16 Wootteo stickers. Customers who collect all 16 stickers and verify them on Bibigo's official Instagram by August 9 will be entered into a draw, with 100 winners receiving a special doll featuring a collaborative design between Bibigo and Wootteo.
The limited-edition products will be available at major Korean supermarkets and online channels until the end of 2024. Starting in July this year, Tteokbokki and Bungeoppang will be exported to global markets, including the United States and the Philippines.
