Super Junior's Ryeowook to release first solo album

Ryeowook of South Korea's boy band Super Junior will release his first solo album in 11 years with its title track "The Little Prince" coming out at midnight Wednesday.

Ryeowook, who is the second Super Junior member to release a solo album after Kyuhun, said "The Little Prince" is a ballad collection inspired by the French novel of the same name.

"I did want to sing a song for my mom," he said, adding he tried to express his feelings in the lyrics of "The Little Prince", a dialogue between a man and the narrator in the novel.

"My mom may think I'm still a child, but I feel sorry because I'm so different now with no childhood cuteness any more," he said.
