The service will be available from June 11 to July 10 at three department store branches and three outlets in Seoul, Busan, and Euwang, south of the capital.
The Galaxy S24 series supports translation in 16 languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, German, Arabic, Indonesian and Russian.
To use the service, customers can visit the information desk, tax refund counter or global concierge at each store.
"We have prepared the 'Galaxy AI' translation service to offer an enhanced shopping experience for foreign customers visiting Lotte Department Stores and outlets," said a Samsung Electronics official.
"Going forward, we will continue to expand diverse collaborations to provide innovative 'Galaxy AI' experiences that transform daily life."
