CJ Logistics is enhancing its fulfillment services, traditionally focused on business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions, by adding large-scale product shipping and delivery capabilities. The company announced on June 10 that it will introduce the "All-in-One Fulfillment Package" service, which can handle business-to-business (B2B) shipments for e-commerce platforms.

This new service allows for the integrated operation of inventory from both direct sales and open market sales, as well as shipments to e-commerce platforms, all from a single logistics hub.

While the previous fulfillment service primarily addressed individual customer orders through e-commerce, the new package expands to include bulk product processing, shipping, and transportation, covering both B2C and B2B logistics.

Sellers will no longer need to manage separate logistics hubs for different sales channels; instead, they can send their products to a single CJ Logistics fulfillment center. CJ Logistics will then handle everything from inventory management to product processing, shipping, and delivery across various platforms. The company expects this will allow sellers to reduce their logistics burdens and focus on core tasks such as product planning, marketing, and sales expansion.

CJ Logistics has also strengthened its existing service capabilities. The company has upgraded its e-commerce dedicated logistics management system, "Lois E-Flex," expanding its order integration services to a total of 26 e-commerce platforms, including direct sales, open markets, and vertical platforms. Developed in 2021, Lois E-Flex integrates the entire logistics process, from order collection to inventory management, picking and packing, shipping, and delivery.

Investment in fulfillment infrastructure continues. As of the end of March, CJ Logistics operates e-commerce fulfillment centers covering a total area of 221,550 pyeong (approximately 731,000 square meters), equivalent to 102 international soccer fields. The company has established a diverse operational system capable of responding to various product characteristics and sales channels, including ambient, refrigerated, and frozen centers, as well as specialized vertical centers and integrated logistics centers for B2B2C.

Do Hyung-jun, head of CJ Logistics' sales division, stated, "We will enhance the All-in-One Fulfillment service so that we can take on the complex logistics operations, allowing sellers to concentrate on their core business of product planning, marketing, and sales expansion."

Meanwhile, CJ Logistics reported a consolidated operating profit of 92.1 billion won for the first quarter of this year, a 7.9% increase compared to the same period last year. Revenue for the same period rose by 7.4% to 3.2145 trillion won.
