Yanolja is expanding its use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology beyond travel planning and destination recommendations to include 24-hour apartment complaint reception and automated hotel check-ins. The company will showcase its AI applications across various sectors at the upcoming AI Festa 2026, scheduled for October 6-8 at COEX Hall C in Seoul.

Participating companies, including Yanolja Next, Nolu Universe, and Sinha Information Technology, will present AI technologies and services tailored for travel, corporate, housing, and hotel industries.

The exhibition will highlight the broadening scope of AI applications. It will feature services that assist travelers with itinerary planning and recommendations, as well as technologies that support corporate operations and apartment management.

Yanolja Next, the company’s enterprise solution development arm, will unveil a service that automatically creates travel itineraries connecting multiple cities based solely on natural language input. This service will generate schedules that incorporate travelers' photos and provide cost estimates.

Additionally, Yanolja will introduce an integrated AI management solution for businesses, focusing on reducing costs and risks associated with information leaks when utilizing various AI services.

In the housing sector, Yanolja is collaborating with Trustay to implement a real-time AI voice communication solution called Tella. This service allows residents to submit apartment complaints or check management fees at any time.

Other innovations include the AI-based parking management solution Knocktown Manager and the No-Key Vision system, which detects and responds to fire and safety hazards in shared apartment spaces. These technologies aim to enhance convenience for residents while improving management efficiency in multi-unit housing.

Nolu Universe will showcase personalized services centered around the NOL platform, enabling travelers to automatically create travel logs and routes using photos, while analyzing user preferences to recommend travel and leisure content. The platform will also connect itinerary planning, recommendations, and bookings in one seamless process.

In the hotel sector, automation technologies will be highlighted. Sinha Information Technology will display the Wings Smart Kiosk and Amenity Kiosk, which automate repetitive on-site tasks such as contactless check-ins, thereby alleviating operational burdens for hotels.

The AI technologies presented by Yanolja at this exhibition will primarily serve two purposes: providing personalized services like itinerary design and content recommendations for travelers, and offering automation technologies to reduce repetitive tasks for businesses. This event will demonstrate how Yanolja's technological reach has expanded from a travel platform to encompass corporate operations, housing management, and hotel operations.

A Yanolja representative stated, “We have prepared this exhibition to allow visitors to experience our AI technologies optimized for the travel industry firsthand. We will continue to enhance our solutions and services using AI and data to lead the digital transformation of the global travel industry and various living environments.”
