Kia’s Soul picked as Papal Mobil

Pope Francis will use Kia Motors’ Soul boxy compact during his visit to South Korea from Aug. 14 to 18, according to the preparatory committee for the papal visit.

The Pope reportedly conveyed to the committee in Seoul his wish to use a small car during the visit.

The 77-year-old pontiff has vowed not to use bullet-proof vehicles since he took over the papacy in March last year.
