Boosting money supply for Chuseok holiday

An official checks banknotes to be distributed to commercial banks to meet the rise in demand ahead of the Chuseok holiday starting Sept. 26 at the headquarters of the Bank of Korea (BOK) in central Seoul, Tuesday. Chuseok, Korean version of the Thanksgiving Day, falls on Sept. 27 according to the lunar calendar. It is one of the country's major traditional holidays.
