However, he was found to be scot-free, after a police investigation into his association with singer Jung Joon-young, who was recently released after serving five years in prison for illegally videotaping himself having sex with women and sharing the clips via a messaging app.
The scandal resurfaced here in May as British media outlet BBC unveiled some untold stories in its recent coverage.
