The Korean food maker chose the Netherlands for its well-developed infrastructure for trade, investment, information and services, which will help enhance logistics efficiency across Europe, they said.
It is Samyang's fifth overseas operation, following those in Japan, China, the United States and Indonesia.
Samyang plans to increase exports of its key products, including the popular Buldak noodles, through the new company.
Samyang's European exports have steadily grown from 6 percent of total exports in 2019 to 16 percent in 2022.
To meet rising global demand, Samyang has begun building a new factory in the southern Korean city of Miryang, which is expected to be completed next year.
