PHOTOS: Vietnam War veterans condemn North Korea's alleged troop dispatch to Russia

SEOUL, October 28 (AJP) - The Korean Vietnam War Veterans Association held a rally in central Seoul on Monday, condemning North Korea's alleged dispatch of troops to Russia to support its war against Ukraine. Police estimated that about 1,000 people attended the rally, while organizers put the number at about 2,000.
