Those eligible can sign up for cash vouchers from May 18 to July 3 through mobile apps or by visiting banks or local community centers, and will receive between 100,000 won (US$70) and 250,000 won, with larger households and those in certain rural and provincial areas entitled to higher support.
During its first round, which was completed last month, some 2.94 million people signed up and received a combined total of 1.67 trillion won.
Single-parent families and other vulnerable groups who missed the initial sign-up period will also be able to apply this time.
The vouchers will be valid through the end of August and should be spent locally to help support small businesses.
