Weather Forecast: Clear Skies and Temperatures Below 30 Degrees in Central Regions

On Tuesday, June 23, temperatures across the country are expected to remain below 30 degrees, indicating a milder day ahead.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on June 22, the morning low on June 23 is forecasted to be between 15 and 20 degrees, with daytime highs ranging from 22 to 30 degrees.

In major cities, the expected low and high temperatures are as follows: Seoul 19-30 degrees, Incheon 20-29 degrees, Daejeon 18-27 degrees, Gwangju 19-27 degrees, Daegu 18-24 degrees, Ulsan 18-23 degrees, and Busan 19-24 degrees.

Temperatures on June 23 are anticipated to be similar to or slightly below the seasonal average.

On June 22, rain fell mainly in Jeju and the southern provinces of Jeollanam-do and Gyeongsangnam-do. While the rain in Jeollanam-do and Gyeongsangnam-do is expected to stop by this evening, Jeju will continue to experience rain until the night of June 23. However, the rain is expected to ease by the afternoon of June 23.

The expected rainfall amounts are 20-80 mm in Jeju, 5-30 mm in Jeollanam-do and Gwangju, and 5-10 mm in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do.

On June 23, Jeju will be cloudy, while the southern regions and Gangwon-do will see plenty of clouds. In contrast, the central regions are expected to be clear.
