Duzon Bizon announced that a delegation from the Japan Computer System Sales Association (JCSSA) visited its Duzon Tower in Seoul on July 9 to observe the company's AI transformation (AX) strategy and key solutions, as well as to discuss IT industry collaboration.

JCSSA is a Japanese IT organization with approximately 500 member companies. This visit was part of JCSSA's Asian IT company tour for the year. The association aims to explore South Korea's AI strategies and advanced IT initiatives while seeking collaboration and business opportunities between IT companies in both countries.

The delegation consisted of 17 executives from major Japanese IT firms, led by Norio Suzuki, President of Nikko Communications. Other participating companies included Kyoritsu System Machine, Dynabook, Daiwa Bo Information Systems, Toyota Tsusho Systems, Digital Reuse, Buffalo, Systemena, F-Time, Koshin, Fujisoft, AXLBIT, and ISF NET Korea.

Duzon Bizon is entering the Japanese market through its local subsidiary, Genolab. On that day, Vice Chairman Ikang Soo and CEO Ji Yong-gu showcased key projects and AI services, demonstrating how AI technology is applied in real work environments.

The company also shared its AX strategy, based on the slogan 'Authentic Innovation, AX and More.' This strategy aims to fundamentally transform actual work environments and create genuine value through innovation. They emphasized that over 7,800 companies have adopted ONE AI since its launch, which integrates employee work data to create an environment where AI collaborates with workers.

Duzon Bizon plans to leverage its proven AX capabilities in South Korea to expand collaboration with Japanese companies and continue discussions on partnerships with JCSSA members following this visit.

Ikang Soo stated, "Both South Korea and Japan share the commonality that small and medium-sized enterprises form the backbone of their economies and require productivity innovation amid changing demographics. Duzon Bizon's validated AX strategy is highly applicable to Japanese companies, and I expect this meeting will further enhance cooperation in the IT industries of both countries and plant the seeds for new business opportunities."

Meanwhile, JCSSA executives continued their exchanges by visiting the headquarters of AI upskilling company Team Sparta on July 10 to share experiences related to AX operations and AI-native organizational management.
