SEOUL, August 31 (AJP) - T'way Air is set to rebrand as Trinity Airways next week, the budget carrier said on Monday.

The airline said it has set Sept. 10 as the date for the launch of flights under its new name, with all domestic and international routes featuring new logo.

In May, T’way Air received approval from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for the name change and has since completed necessary legal procedures, recently unveiling its new banners and crew uniforms.

"Under the new name, we will provide passengers with a more comfortable and reliable travel experience," a T'way Air spokesperson said, adding that the airline "will take a leap forward through differentiated services that combine aviation and hospitality."

Since leisure and resort company Sono International became its largest shareholder last year, T'way Air has been working to bring together its aviation, travel and lodging businesses while also expanding its long-haul routes.
